What precautions should take to people who have these symptoms?
Two diseases are said to be major
enemies of kidney. One is high blood pressure and the other is diabetes,
keeping these two under control is very important.
Prolonged urinary infections, kidney
stones and prostate problems can damage the kidneys. So do not keep these
diseases.
Painkillers are known to be toxic to
the kidneys. Avoid taking painkillers as needed.
Some antibiotics should not be taken
without a doctor's advice.
4. Which food should avoid
when your kidney is affected.
Avoid eating foods that are high in
vitamin C or eat them in moderation. "Consuming too much Carambola, such
as one glass of Carambola juice, can destroy even a healthy kidney. Some
countries even ban the cultivation of Carambola."
Consuming too much amla is also
harmful as it contains a lot of vitamin C. However, as the fruit is small and
many find it unpleasant, it is less likely to be eaten.
Also, consuming more vitamin C than
the body needs on a regular basis, especially excess 'supplements' can damage
the kidneys.
I have also seen that the baby buys
vitamin C to suck regularly. He eats all the time. Taking such excess vitamin C
causes kidney damage. A maximum of 80 to 90 mg of vitamin C a day, i.e. an
orange, is about right."
Also avoid salty food, smoking,
alcohol.
if you feel any symptom which I shared before please take doctor
advice and take a blood test to check your kidney status. Thanks for watching
this please share this video if you feel you are its important for others.
